My treatments are moderate to firm pressure or you can request a relaxational massage as well. I suggest booking 90mins if you are looking for a full body treatment. This allows me to focus on areas that may need more attention and still treat the whole body.  Please Note All prices Include HST

Massage Therapy

These treatments are a combination of Massage and cupping.  For deeper and fascial release of the tissues without the discomfort of more pressure from me.

Cupping & Massage

Experience relaxation through your body with a holistic facial. Using a combination of facial massage and lymphatic drainage techniques. A holistic facial focuses on stimulating specific acupressure points on the face and scalp tension. The facial massage stimulates the circulation bringing fresh nutrients to the surface, while lymphatic drainage removes toxins and excess water. 

**This treatment includes the face, neck, chest, shoulders and scalp & Hot towels. Perfect for headaches, sinus congestion, TMJ issues or just a relaxation treatment.

60min Lymphatic Facial Massage

Most popular choice.  This Treatment entails: Therapeutic Massage to Back, neck, shoulders (30-45mins) & finishing the session with a facial massage using facial cupping, Kansa Wand, Gua Sha to stimulate lymph drainage & reduce fascial restrictions of the face (45mins). 
Perfect for  headaches, sinus congestion, TMJ issues or just a relaxation treatment.

90min Facial & Therapeutic Massage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a technique that uses gentle, rhythmic strokes to stimulate the lymphatic system and encourage it to transport fluid from swollen areas and back into the lymphatic system. For general wellness, it is recommended to have a monthly manual lymphatic drainage session. For post-op care, MLD can aid the body in reducing swelling and can increase mobility during recovery. Treatment is designed to help with digestion.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage RMT

Starts with 30mins of lymphatic facial using facial modalities.  Ends with 60mins of a full body lymphatic drainage massage.

Full body Lymphatic Drainage & Facial Massage

This treatment is done in Side-lying position with a body pillow to help you feel comfortable.

Prenatal Massage Therapy

A 45-minute ionic detox footbath involves soaking your feet in a tub of warm water with an ionic array. The array generates a low electrical current, creating charged ions that help draw out toxins from your body through your feet. This treatment is intended to promote overall wellness, improve energy, and support the body's natural detoxification processes.
