My treatments are moderate to firm pressure or you can request a relaxational massage as well. I suggest booking 90mins or 120min options if you are looking for a full body treatment. This allows me to focus on areas that may need more attention and still treat the whole body.  Please Note All prices are subject to HST.

Massage Therapy

This is perfect for days when you wake up with more tension than usual, your time is limited and would like a thorough treatment.  Treatment entails: 30 mins of stationary cupping focusing solely on the back, neck and shoulders. Finished with head, neck and scalp massage.

30 minute Quick-Fix

These treatments are a combination of Massage and cupping.  For deeper and fascial release of the tissues without the discomfort of more pressure from me.

Cupping & Massage

Experience relaxation through your body with a holistic facial. Using a combination of facial massage and lymphatic drainage techniques. A holistic facial focuses on stimulating specific acupressure points on the face and scalp tension. The facial massage stimulates the circulation bringing fresh nutrients to the surface, while lymphatic drainage removes toxins and excess water. 

**This treatment includes the face, neck, chest, shoulders and scalp & Hot towels. Perfect for headaches, sinus congestion, TMJ issues or just a relaxation treatment.

60min Lymphatic Facial Massage

Treatment entails starting with 30-45min (depending on duration chosen) massage to areas that need some therapeutic treatment, ending with a 60min facial massage using the Kansa wand, Gua sha, facial cups and lymphatic drainage techniques to the muscles of the face, jaw, neck and scalp & hot towels.

Lymphatic Facial Massage & Therapeutic Massage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a technique that uses gentle, rhythmic strokes to stimulate the lymphatic system and encourage it to transport fluid from swollen areas and back into the lymphatic system. For general wellness, it is recommended to have a monthly manual lymphatic drainage session. For post-op care, MLD can aid the body in reducing swelling and can increase mobility during recovery. Treatment is designed to help with digestion.

Full body Lymphatic Drainage  & Abdominal Massage

Starts with 30mins of lymphatic facial using facial modalities.  Ends with 60mins of a full body lymphatic drainage massage.

Full body Lymphatic Drainage & Facial Massage

Jade Hot Stones are used to massage a general area ( back, neck , shoulders)  or full body depending on duration choice. Helps decrease muscle tension & increase relaxation. Can be a Therapeutic treatment or relaxational

Hot Stone Therapy

This treatment is done in Side-lying position with a body pillow to help you feel comfortable.

Prenatal Massage Therapy

Ionic Footbath is an excellent device to help unblock & rebalance energy meridians as well as improve  & maintain the overall functioning of the body.  It is completely safe to use in conjunction with other health treatments/therapies.    Can take anywhere from 30-50mins
